Hunan Chenzhou Mining Group Co.,LTD is formerly the Xiangxi Gold Mine of Metallurgy Industry Department, located in Huanlin county area. It has a history over 130 years of gold mining. On 25th Dec, 2000 Xiangxi Dold Mine restructured to large enterprise owned by state – owned enterprises of Hunan province. In 2005 Tsinghua Science Resuccess investment Co.,LTD and Shenzhen Jiefu Corporation were introduced as strategic investors for capital increase.

   Chenzhou Minging was listed in small and medium sized panel of Shenzhen on 16th Auguts, 2007.
